Omg I have a friend on discord who will randomly just say "hi" and then I say hi back and he just ALWAYS says "what are you doing?" And then I reply and ask him what he's doing back and he always says "looking for something to do because I'm bored"
?? Ok? What do you want me to do about it? You being bored is not my problem 😭 it's literally the same exact exchange every time. I used to recommend things for him to do but he would always turn them all down so I just give up and say "oh that sucks" and leave it there. It's not my job to entertain ya, buddy

Reminds me of an episode on Jo Jo's Bizarre Adventures when this guy would find girls that he liked for their hands and he would get rid of the girl and carry around just her hand in his lunch bag. He'd talk to it and even gave it an engagement ring. This is really freaky and all this happened only from four dates and phone calls. Imagine when he does actually fall in love, it will be very scary for that girl to leave.

Dang, that guy rose all the red flags...You may not have realized but even within the one you described, there were more red flags (like being jealous or manipulative, for example). lolol
And btw, I agree with you, based on what you explained, it seems like he might be narcissistic.

Also, as I watched the video, I realized I had a gf that rose at least three of those flags too. She was extremely passionate about us (like way too much), telling me "I love you" all-the-time and expecting me to reply accordingly. Obviously, not complying lead to the big drama of "you don't love me! Blablabla."

She was extremely aggressive on the phone calls, sometimes calling me in the middle of the night for seemingly no reason.

And just like in your experience, she was terrible at communicating and extremely jealous.
She had to use my phone to call her sister, one day and made sure to delete her number from the history...Like, come on! lolol

I spent 2 years with her at the end and if being with that guy was even remotely similar to being with my ex, believe me, you've got nothing to regret, you dodged the bullet I took right in the face and it was not a good time.
