What steps have helped you find relief from tinnitus?

The reason tinnitus is so hard to understand or pinpoint is because it has many different causes. I have had a low level of tenetus for many years, but following an ear infection and possibly COVID it became significantly worse. I have done all those things suggested in this video, and other massage and pressure point exercises. I have also gone to an acupuncturist on three occasions. I gained some temporary relief although it never left completely. It comes and goes from loud and annoying to bearable. My advice is to try as many things on the subject as you can to help gain relief. Not everyone will respond to one solution. An ENT told me to accept it and learn to live with it. I don't accept that so I will always seek any good advice that is safe and reasonable. Many people with tinnitus have a lack of vitamin B 12. Do your research and keep trying. Blessings everyone!❤

My Mother lives with us...shes 79 and would be 80 this year...she has this horrible ear issue called tinnitus for the last 39 years...she is type 2 diabetic....her yearly blood work ...spot on...but this noise in her right year would not leave her...taken her to 4 ear nose and throat specialists...theres no cure..
Have to try and manage it...got her a ear device thats used as a hearing aid and also sends white noise or any other sound to try and mask the tinnitus...does not work...i was a damn hopeless situation...i started to read about this ear problem...trying to educate myself in order to help my parent to best i can...i read across a medical journal that said temperature plays a significant role in stopping tinnitus....i started to investigate this by going to retirement places and questions older people...i took a leap...and had a air-conditioning unit installed in her room...bought a thermostat or thermometer and left it in the lounge and dinning area...when the temperature is more than 28 degress celcuis she goes to the room and switches the airconditioner on at 23 degrees celcuis...after four days the tinnitus has left and never came back....its been five months now

CURED MY TINNITUS.My tinnitus was drivning me crazy and had a high pitch that would wake me up.I tried everything and finally saw a tmj dr and they made me a mouth guard that i sleep with and it dropped my tinnitus 99%.I stopped wearing the mouth gurd after 2 months and the noise came back and after wearing the mouth guard it stopped it again.I definetly reccomend a mouth peice.i was grinding my teeth at night amd the jaw muscle right by my ear was being affected. Also my posture causes my tinnitus to flare up like when i play video games on my couch i sit even and place pillows under both arms to support them so i doesnt strain my neck.i found when i strain my smc muscle that also triggers it also.I hope and pray this helps some of you.

This isn't just a matter of digestion. I've undergone testing for both SIBO and leaky gut, but the issue lies within my nervous system and brain.

I had tinnitus and when I reduced carbs and actually went off all sugar (not that that is necessary) it totally cleared up. If I have a a binge session on some crap, it will flare up. But as suggested in video, clean up digestion first and watch all the videos on this channel! It’s a wealth of information!

That's what Dr Berg also stated that it is correlated with insulin problem. I do extended fasting and had my tooth been extracted at the same time, and I found my t is getting lower these past two weeks. Not sure which one causes it, insulin or tooth abscess. But, I'm glad that there is an improvement.

I've had tinnitus for about 10 years now but it's mostly been at a low level and it hasn't bothered me too much. However, for the past few months it ramped up to an almost painful level and was really loud. That certainly did bother me. I'm so glad that I stumbled across this video (and subsequent videos/books etc...) and within a matter of days my tinnitues has subsided majorly. I'm so grateful for T.C. Hales video on this subject - it means a lot. I'm so looking forward to learning more about digestion etc... Thank you.

Mine is constant no matter what I do. Probably the result of too much loud music in the 70s.😮

I have TMJ and im sure this is whats causing mine. When i jut my jaw forward my ears ring. I need jaw surgery for an underdeveloped jaw due to tooth extraction when i was 14. Anxiety and stress does make it worse too

yes, think your on the right track with insulin resistence, gut health. Also toxicity, pollution, hearing loss, inflamation, infection. Personally, when I cut out sugar and unhealthy carbs, I find much improvement. I think my onset of tinnitis was from an ear injury from several explosions from my time in the National Guard artillary unit. Many precations and saftety, however, at times, the ear protection slips during the many duties being performed, improper fit, etc.

Was reading a study recently that stated that people with insulin resistance who did intermittent fasting over a 30 day period lowered it by 10 points or more. People were eating nothing during a 16 hour window. Nothing. The rest of the time they ate whatever they wanted. That seems like a pretty easy way to lower insulin and possibly reduce tinnitus.

I got tinnitus in 2021 after vaccinating for covid 19. What might have happened to cause tinnitus?
Is there any possibility of the tinnitus goes away?

I think you nailed this with me. It makes so much sense

The majority of cases is from hearing loss from loud or constant noise. Be careful with headphones.

Low level tinnitus started right after my wisdom teeth were extracted, many years ago.

I get tinnitus in the middle of the night. Short bouts, usually only one or two. No insulin resistance that I'm aware of. I'm pretty thin and always been that way
