Please don't be health conscious you all guys are fine, and it feels heart palpitation (chest discomfort, shortness of breath, dizzy, faint may be feel like dying or lossing consciousness, etc) after exercise or even without exercise due to stress, depression, worries, fears and even stomach gases. You can see people lives healthy and tensions free life in villages without internet and technologies.
So Please trust on your body because it heals it self okay and don't watch any disease symptoms or you'll feel it because it's all the game of your "SUBCONSCIOUS" mind 🙂

Right. Prayer brought myothernlutbofva coma at age 84 and he lived for another five years! I touched her hand and told her to wake up and two days later she was sitting up reading from a magazine? Other than having PTSD, insomnia, epilepsy and having a highly physical demanding job,
my oldest brother died of a born heart disease at age 32 and my mom died of coronary artery clot at 44, when i was 17.
Now i'm turning 33 and have been having irregular heart beats, with arm, jaw, hand tingle/numb or cold and sudden feelings in my chest like something just went missing.
