Fun fact: Ewan and Hayden trained together for many months to prepare for this duel. They took fencing and fitness courses to enhance their speed and fighting skills so that way, the speed in which Kenobi and Vader duel is shown in the way it was filmed and not digitally accelerated. They worked extensively with the stunt coordinator to perfect and memorize each other’s moves. This took them months to do before Lucas would even film them. It’s safe to say all that hard work was worth it because they put together the greatest lightsaber duel in the entire Star Wars franchise.

Every single time I go back to see this scene, I'm always boggled by the sheer speed these two duel with. My eyes literally blurred the first time I saw it as a kid because it was so fast, all I knew was "this is so damn cool"
