Would cold showers be better because the lactic acid will leave the muscle more easily because the blood vessels become vasodilate for the blood flow to go even faster so lactic acid will exit the muscle faster. Ik this will help you with sleep but I think body conditioning for the next session is more important

Hello
I have gotten an injury during my training and my shot power after the injury has been cut down by 50%
I can move my legs like the way I used to and everything is fine except for the shot power
Any tips ?
