"Update" for some reason the update isn't working as it should "sorry it worked before" but it's easy to install a new version when it comes out just follow video from 9:55 and do a install again and it will install the lasted version plus keep setting from your old setup plus info so your good to go

Great instruction. Well done. Maybe you can make a video showing how to define or move the standard library directory of Plex. Following your instruction Plex will always use the internal SD of the Raspi.

Wow I had to wait months for a video that actually works. Good job man.

Thx for the video!
I have most of the movies in 720p mp4 or mkv or avi format. I have an Apple TV 4k as a plex client. Does PI have to do video transcoding? How are you doing? Is it powerful enough to do it? Thank you

Raspberry Pi 4 has Open Media support now. Anyone know if Plex supports?

I got my hands on a PC, how can I uninstall PLEX from the raspberry pi? is there a command or do it via the OMV?

This video/image combo works great it seems the VNC server is broken or something. I'd spent an hour or so post-install trying to access it (changed res, installed x-server/lxde) to no avail and eventually left it at 'Cannot currently show the desktop'.

HI
Eyerex I got a pi running pihole and unifi cloudkey. In your guide you setup openmediavault to a sd card. Would it be possible to add this to an already running pi? Thank you for the guide its awesome!

Why don't you just use the OVM-Extras and select the Plexmediaserver repo?

So you need a screen and a keyboard to hook up the pi and get it connected to your network?

They seem to have changed the OMV website and the way that the OMV website wants one to install OMV now makes zero sense to me as a beginner in this. Is there any chance you could make another video?

Hello great vid ! I just have a problem, I did the same as you but instead of plex I installed jellyfin but I had problem with file management then on the windows public folder (writing problems) do you have any clue? Or even maybe do a tutorial on how to setup jellyfin + OMV on a raspberry ? Thanks !

Great vid. I've been using OMV for some time and it's a shame that they don't support it via their own app/programs any more and docker is a pain. I do like how you manually installed it and just using OMV as a SMB host.

I am working on a project of implanting mini servers in friends/families homes via this method. If only I could get docker to work properly on OMV.

When i get done with the OpenMediaVault section and attempt to access my Pi, it asks for a password right out of the gate. I'm on a MAC. Is there something i should be doing differently?

I'm using my Mac and terminal, when I type in ssh MYIPADDRESS it asks for MYIPADDRESS's password, however, nothing seems to work. I tried "openmediavault" here too. Any ideas?
