These are the easiest foods swaps you could do right now to take control of your health. Stop cooking with and eating foods that used processed inflammatory oils. Wen you eat bread, make sure it's nutrient sense, complex grains. Stop using cruddy processed salt and used the better for you unrefined salt.

I am a cancer survivor and I need more content like this in everyday. The nutritionist I saw told me sugar feeds cancer, white bread it the worst. There is so much more to learn. This is what needs to be taught in schools. Thank you so much

I've been binging your videos because I'm on a mission to get healthy. I'm truly disgusted by what they have allowed to pass as "food" in the states. The fact that they KNOW what this stuff can do to people and just shrug it off, for money, is infuriating.

*THREE UPDATES*

UPDATE 1/13/23: I've lost 21lbs. I've started to implement other changes like healthier cleaning products, candles, bedsheets (all cotton), etc. I haven't completely cut everything. Still other things to work on and another 20lbs to lose! Will update again when that happens along with any other changes I've made. One thing I have NOT budged on are dyes in food. If I see it listed as an ingredient, I put it back. I have even changed toothpaste over this.

UPDATE 5/7/2023: I've lost 40lbs. Started a fodmap diet and I've implemented a 15min HIIT workout (shoutout to Chloe Ting workouts) with one other workout, usually the treadmill for 30+ min. Sometimes I'll change it up, but I do try and exercise 6/7 days. The detox is NO JOKE. For awhile I couldn't understand why I felt so awful. I thought within a couple of weeks I'd feel better but it has taken me months of detoxing!! 40lbs was my BIG weight loss goal and I have succeeded! I'm going to lose the rest which is 10lbs if not a little more and then work on building muscle. I'll keep updating! If you're just starting out, YOU'VE GOT THIS! One day at a time. One moment at a time. Also, I do have treats in moderation. Yesterday I ate a giant chocolate chip cookie, hah. 💪😋

UPDATE 7/17/2023: I'm down to 133lbs (Lost over 50lbs). Surpassed my weight loss goal and today am working on building endurance and muscle. As you can see from my updates it has taken me some time to do this. Shopping is a breeze now because I'm more knowledgeable in what is good and bad for me. I'll be praying for all who are on this health journey within the fake food society we live in. I may update one more time around Christmas if I remember, so far I have 😜.

God is good.

I am finding your supermarket walkthroughs so educational. After each viewing, I go to my pantry and cabinets and throw out things. In addition, I am keeping a list of better products and swap outs on my phone to use on my next shopping trip. I welcome the education on all the foods that we have taken for granted as health are just slowly killing us. Thank you!

Thank you for taking the time to explain to the public about bad cooking oils this is a great thing to pass on more people should know!

I absolutely love these videos. They are so informative. The problem I think is that most of the healthy products are so much more expensive. I know it’s worth it for your health, but some people just can’t afford the healthier items.

I learned a trick when I lived in Georgia about salt in a high humidity environment. If you live in a high humidity place, just add dry parsley flakes to your salt and it will not clump up! The green flakes in pink salt also look nice.

I threw out all of my cheap salad oil and found Primal Kitchen salad dressing at Walmart. It's made with avocado oil and apple cider vinegar. No sugar. It's delicious. It's a bit pricy but I say spend it now on food, or later at the doctor

Thank you Bobby for this video. I hope you do more like this. It's so overwhelming and time consuming in the store trying to make the right choices, even with your app. I find myself standing in other people's way while I scan stuff! When I do find something good it's so expensive but, I'm hopeful that the cost will be offset by not needing the expensive Medication in the long run. ♥️&GB

Bobby I love your shows! I’ve been doing many swaps already over the years. I am 73 and have developed kidney disease and the diet is opposite in many ways, example white bread! Could you do a show on this situation? It would help so much! Thanks, Jan Brouillard.
