I recently started waking up early. I've never been a morning person but I get some calm from taking my time to wake up, make a cup of tea, doing a 15 minute stretch, decide what I want for breakfast, even do some laundry, soak beans or tidy the kitchen. Normally I was really stressed and way more tired than I am now. I leave the house with a calm, good feeling :) Totally recommend to try it out and find what you like to do in the mornings. It can have a big impact on your day and even make your evenings a little bit less stressful if you prepare some things before.

My favourite thing in the morning is just sitting on the doorstep listening to the birds drinking my coffee feeling the sun on my skin. That's my quiet moment 😊

i get a cup of coffee or tea, put on some music, and start doing my makeup. doing makeup is one of my favorite parts of the morning because it lets me just focus and forget about everything else for a little bit and be creative. it really jumpstarts my creative mind for the day.

I'm really lucky that I don't start work until 9.30am so have time when I wake up. I wake up, do 20 mins yoga and then 5 mins meditation before showering and getting dressed. Then I get dressed without rushing whikst watching some YouTube and sort out all the animals, out together my lunch for the day. Then I have a cup of tea and read for half an hour before making my smoothie. Then I set off to work. It's really made such a difference to my mornings and I do look forward to them.

Girl! I swear the universe has brought us together!!! Let me tell ya...if I may..I’ve been on the fence and going back and fourth about going vegan since October! FINALLY made the switch a few weeks ago. So I search vegan recipes on YT and there you are! Giving me all the bomb ass recipies and shit! Now this past week I’ve been frustrated and feeling overwhelmed at the fact that I can’t seem to get a morning routine going and i still find myself turning off my alarm and just waiting to wake up when my kids wake up...and then I get a notification about this video! 👏🏽👏🏽✨✨ literally everything I’ve written down in my journals as far as what I want to do in the mornings IS WHATS IN THIS VIDEO ( not every single thing but you get me 😉) that right there validates a lot for me and I want to thank you! Great video as ever, but just wanted to remind people that raspberry leaf tea shouldn’t be drunk by pregnant women as it is thought to cause miscarriage or early labour - it can be used to induce labour in overdue pregnancies. So if you’re not trying to get pregnant/already pregnant 👍🏽 but don’t drink it if you are.

If you're not into tea so much, try a simpler drink of 100% natural maple syrup and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice in some hot water for a detox(?) drink. I tried some for the first time this morning and, as long as it is mixed together thoroughly just with a spoon, then you will find that your drink is very tasty

Tomorrow I’m going to have a good morning, I’m going to wake up earlier eat a healthy breakfast, take my dog for a walk or run outside which I never do because it’s so hot out during the day and listen to some music ☺️
