I dont eat dairy at all. Never even heard of coconut yoghurt. Im seeing that kefir can be made non dairy. Always looking for new sources. Sauerkraut has always been my go to

Make sure if your buying kimchi, sauerkraut or pickles to get the refrigerated ones in the cold section because when they put it on shelves they have to heat it to lengthen the shelf life killing all the probiotics! Buttermilk, nato, Kefier, tempeh, cottage cheese and sour cream also have probiotics as well.

I have a liver cyst and thyroid cyst. Is it okay for me to take fermented foods like yogurt, kombucha, pine apple tepache, etc?... I know that all fermented foods have an alkohol content which is bad for someone with Liver and thyroid cyst. Please give me an answer. Thank you so much.
