It is more than passing interest to me, because I have been following you since the Covid furore . I have been taking 3k to 4K iu.s D3 for over 2 years. My last test results showed my levels at 144. My GP said to drop back to 3000 or three tabs a day, it is summer here. I also take one K2 a day, without your daily input I would be in no man’s land. Thankyou John!

There is also a need to supplement with k2 and magnesium if taking higher vit d doses. It's so important to make sure the vit d is working as it needs to be and to avoid calcification.

The considerate thing to do there is to take it back to the shop with the NHS test and complain so it is withdrawn from the shelves because not everybody would get a doctor to test to check before overdosing themselves. Thank you for reporting on it and warning people.

I bought a home Vit D test from my health shop. Sent it away in the post and results came back via email. Excellent service and accurate as far as I can tell. I’ve been taking 4000 tabs a day and I was in the high area. I am 70 years old and live in England where it’s dull most of the time so was pleased at the result. Never have colds l and I feel healthy ☺️

Also a B12 oral spray.

Thank you for for providing us with an update.
I did test my vit D after viewing your personal test. Mine provided a test result of sufficient.
Happy. I don’t go to see a Doctor of any kind for very negative outcomes of treatments which I have had in the pass.
I do try to look after my own health, nothing will ever get me to want to see a GP or any kind of medic again.
I follow you, take your advice to help me keep myself well.
I don’t have any vaccine of any sort.
I am in my late sixties, I am very active, very fit and feel very well. May this continue.
I am fortunate I have a very good diet, of all things from a very well produced source, very little processed foods, just on the occasional time just for an convenience.
I will be an avid follower of yours, just to take the advice you so freely give, this advice is very valuable to me.
