How to do this:
Step 1: put regular small boba in microwave for 30-45 seconds
Step two: pour the melted boba in a bigger round mold
Step three: let it cool
Step four: take the boba out of the mold and your done!

The first time i had grass jelly was at my friends house, paired with some Brown sugar and vanilla it was SOOOO delicious i asked if it could bring more home.

grass jelly recipe
100g or 2/3 cup grass jelly powder
4 tbsp sugar (adjust to desire)
4 cups of water

Instructions
1. Bring 3 cups of water to a boil in a pot
2. Mix 1 cup water, grass jelly powder, and sugar in a small bowl
3. Once water boils, slowly pour in the mixture and keep mixing slowly as water comes back to a boil in 2-3 minutes
4. Pour mixture in silicone mold and be careful not to burn yourself
5. Let the mixture cool down at room temperature for 30 minutes before placing it in the fridge for at least 1-2 hours
