I have a narcissist as a son-in-law. Due to this and other sites, I have figured him out, and no longer am affected by his false statements of wrong doing . He constantly makes statements to criticize my methods of doing tried and true actions, like starting my grill. After deep research into the engineering of the gas flow system, I have realized just how uneducated his demands are, not to mention how dangerous they are. I have found that simply ignoring him sends him into a narcissistic rage, where he exits the area and secludes himself for several hours, which is a blessing! Luckily for me, my daughter and son-in-law live 175 miles away, so I don't have to put up with him on a daily basis.
