Dr. David, you are my hero!!! For months I’ve been dealing with excruciating knee pain from ITB syndrome and your “tail gate swing” recommendation made a difference after just one round! Seriously!!! Recently started consuming your practical and informative knee arthritis videos as part of doing all I can to avoid knee replacement surgery down the road. In this particular video you mentioned the importance of strengthening weak calf muscles. I was wondering about a situation where calf muscles are (very) strong, but are chronically extremely tight, very much ‘not loose’ at all, and kind of bunched up, and whether the situation I’m describing could create or exacerbate knee pain? Thank you, btw, for making all these great videos and making them available.

Mtri shows fracture inside knew bone deterioration, any suggestions. Dr gave me hinged brace and said stay off it....also said he doubts fracture just arthritis....lm 68 and over weight

I had a left knee medial meniscus root tear in 2021.
Arthroscopic left knee medial meniscus root repair in December 2021. Now I am experiencing arthritic changes in the same knee.
ALSO, I have lower back pain, would like to share MRI of lumbar spine.
How can I do so?

Thanks for that Dr David, I am planning to see another specialist soon since I feel like my knees have gotten worse after doing quads exercises (advised by my physio) and I cannot do glute exercises either because of my hip bursitis unfortunately!! Really frustrating:(

Would you recommend doing these exercises with swollen knees? Thank you 😊

My left becomes tight after walking and squatting & flexing knee backward becomes difficult and it takes 15-20 minutes for it to become normal though there is no pain . Could you please suggest a remedy ?
