Gluteal muscles - the largest muscles group in your body.The are mainly responsible for providing stabilisation of the spine and pelvis, which are key for the functional aspects of football, as well as the development of power and force in your legs. So this workout focused on gluteal muscles activation can be a good add to your training sessions. We recommend to perform it al least three times a week before the main training session.

I have been doing this exercise for about 1 week it was pretty hard at first and I had to take breaks but today I finally did it without breaks I subscribed to this channel 1 month or a bit more ago I use a lot of videos from this channel and I see improvements sub to this channel every one
