Walks do help me a lot, just being in a different surrounding and people watching. My room is in a basement which can get rlly dark in this time of year, so I do have a rule not to be there for too long! Daz Games has a LOT of very funny reaction videos and they have always been comforting to me or silly films like a Johnny English or something with Jim Carrey

My very unofficial top tip is... Go out for a walk and touch as many dogs as you can. Find a friend to play this game with, have a competition "who can touch the most dogs in a day". Or just compete with yourself each day 😉

Double points for a whippet, because they will only allow special people to touch them 😊
