i does cry and after i will have a nasty headache and then i will pray and ask God to give me the strength to see whatever it is to the end.

For a split second I replay it in my head, If its something I could have avoided, I take mental notes. If not. I apologise to myself internally and move on. May shed a tear if its completely overwhelming otherwise. I just keep going. (If I caused the “bad news”) situation.

I cry, be alone or sometimes talk to someone finally, encourage myself to think positive. Eventually move on.

I over analyze and agonize about what happened. What did I do to contribute to it? How can I make it better? And then usually within a week I let it go. We will always have bad news and disappointment, life goes on.

Bad news...I handled most family/friends deaths up until 2015ish by becoming extremely depressed, closing everyone out, and wishing I could take their place. I literally would just shut down. Sometimes I'd even be angry at them for leaving me (thanks, "dad" aka sperm donor, for the abandonment issues!).

Now though, after overcoming most of my depression (I don't think it ever truly goes away, you just learn to cope), I know I can't be alone. If I am alone, I will do something I will regret. Grief will turn into another deep depression and I don't know if I could win that battle again.
So I would just cry in someone's arms. Surround myself with people I love, meditate. I try to bring good into everyone's life I know, so I focus on what good I brought to them. I remember everything they've taught me, and I remember that even though they're not here physically, I will always carry a piece of them with me. I will always remember them.

If that doesn't work, if I can't stop griefing, I talk to my doctor. I get help. Because sometimes that's the only thing that will help.

For me, there's two types of bad news: Once I get bad news that angers me, I literally have to vent to someone asap. If no one's available, I usually vent out loud to myself and cuss a lot and cry A LOT until I'm calm. Then I literally feel sooo much better and get over it; If it's bad news that makes me sad, I'll literally just cry all day.

I can't hold stuff in at all, that will drive me insane. I clean 10x faster when I'm angry too, so that helps, cause I'm a procrastinator.
