Nope, it is something I MUST decide they day of. Although, we do cook a TON of any "favorites" and make appropriate portions to freeze. One of our favorites is soup because you can put it in a ziplock, freeze it, then whenever you want THAT for dinner, you drop the whole bag in the boiling water, until liquidy enough to transfer. Dump your water, add your soup and in less than 20 minutes you have made a very healthy dinner. ❤
I am sure thus works for some, and that's fantastic, I just wanted to represent those of us who simply CAN NOT do meal plans/meal prep. 😅
