Join me for a very focused session to release tight hamstrings and fire up the glutes. Hamstrings often over work becauue the glutes are weak so we are going to look at releasing the hamstrings whilst also getting the glute muscles to fire up and work. You will feel this one in a lovely warm way!

This is from my Friday Live pilates workout which I do every Friday at 10am. This Friday is actually my birthday so do pop in and say hi! I wouldn't want to miss you all on my birthday after all as you've been such a wonderful support to my channel.❤️ The live chat will be open from a few hours before class until the end of the session. Happy birthday 🎉🎁🎂, lovely Rachel! Thanks for spending your morning with us, that was awesome, the chat is always helpful, but got a lot out of it today! After brain surgeries, with balance and right side ataxia issues, walking/holding myself upright has been hard - you’ve helped so much with strengthening my core, balance, attitude, everything, really! I think my lower back stiffness and discomfort could be a result of holding myself up. I will continue to work mindfully, sessions like this are like 💡 going off for me! “Ah, that’s what I need to work on!” With that last leg stretch, on our tummies, I was able to lift both knees but not much! I also felt my foot lifting, especially on right leg, less control. I watched you, but your foot seemed to stay put - should the foot lift with the knee, or no?

A very happy birthday!
I used to be able to do roll ups no problem but if you don’t use it you lose it, but I am doing it again flowing your core roll up.
You mentioned tightness on the front of the leg which I have had for a year.Lazy hips and for that I am going to do this video every day.Thank you so much.
