40 Minute Lower Abs, Arms, & Cardio | STRONG [BOOST] - Day 3

Today is an abs, arms, and cardio workout so be ready to turn up the intensity! We will work for 40, 45, and 50 seconds and rest for 10-20 seconds and complete 3 rounds of each exercise throughout the workout. I used anywhere from my 15 pound dumbbells up to my 30 pound dumbbells so grab yours if you're ready!

Exercises:
1. Hammer Curls
2. Reverse Crunches
3. High Knees
4. Bent Rows
5. Seated Open and close legs
6. Press Jacks
7. Supinated Curls
8. Canoe Heel Sacked Tap
9. lateral Skips with clap under
10. Back Flyes
11. Low leg sweep with turn over
12. Plank Hop up with Hand release
13. Ladder Finisher Plank Rows, bicep curls

In this workout you are training with me, Sydney Cummings, owner of Royal Change and NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. I like that there’s cardio incorporated into this program. However I thoroughly enjoyed not doing any cardio at all last month lol

Kids and husband gone, lemon water and coffee drank, it’s now time for me to work on improving myself!
Loving this series! I really enjoyed the strength, but so appreciate having cardio mixed in.

Thank you for this very powerful workout Sydney! I've been stagnant for more than 12 mos now after depression sunk in, then I've realized that nobody can help me but myself alone, so today is my 3rd day again of working out with you. Last year I have gained a lot of progress with your workouts because from size XL I was able to fit into size M, now I look forward to fitting into size S or better yet size XS! My weakness used to be public speaking but I have gotten better. I just kept putting myself in situations where I had to do that. My current fitness weaknesses are burpees and back flys. I keep pushing though because when I am struggling, Sydney is there to remind that she is too, or to keep pushing. I know that there are a lot of others out there pushing hard too and that keeps me going. Have a great day everyone!

Omg, you really spoke to me today!! I have NEVER been able to do tricep push-ups! NEVER! I’m 43 years old I had my youngest son right before I turned 42. I started working out with you at the beginning of this year, I’ve lost 47 pounds and for the first time in my life I am able to do tricep push-ups! I can do five in a row…with perfect form!!!
