Tough Chest and Back Kettlebell workout, all you need is 15 Minutes and one Kettlebell or Dumbbell.
Today we are going through kettlebell exercises focusing on your upper body muscles. Main focus of this session is your Chest, Back, Shoulders and Core.
This 15 minutes workout and we are completing it for 40 sec "ON" and 20 sec "OFF"

👉🏼 Intensity: 40 sec "ON" / 20 sec "OFF"
👉🏼 Equipment: Kettlebell (I'm using 24kg Kettlebell, please adjust the weight to your fitness level)
