Strange, how we think of only relieving the back part of the neck for tightness, so when I did these simple, minute moves in the front of the neck, I felt an immediate release and relief of tension in the back of the neck. I cannot believe how a small bit of stretching can make such a huge difference. Thank you. DocJenFit :)

An MRI showed herniated discs in my neck a few years ago. I was given exercises using a mini ball to strengthen my neck. I have been slacking though. This is a great reminder to keep up with them, and I love these new exercises to try!

Thank you Dr Jen! My neck has two herniated disc and i am in pain all the time! I can’t find the right pillow either so I don’t sleep well! I think strengthening is exactly what i need! My chiropractor had a wonderful machine to strengthen the neck and when i was first injured he helped me so much! This is what I think i needed!😊

Hey Jen! I’ve had the mobility method program since it first released. So first of all thank you for that. I noticed a few weeks ago when I was taking a photo of my hair how badly I am suffering from forward neck. I’ve been doing some of these exercises from your mobility program to help with it. What I’m wondering though is where a healthy strong neck should sit/look like?

How do strengthen a unilateral weakness of neck? For my case, my left side neck is way weaker and smaller size and lack of strength than my right side.
Do I do isometric laying down chin tuck exercises? Please assist

Can this potentially resolve Cervical Radiculopathy due to nerve root compression via the vertebral foramen at the C5 C6 area. I have done chin tucks but not like this. Also using the Cervical Denneroll to restore neck curve. Looking into a new PT and the consultation before the new program stated that my neck is too hyper mobile. He stated that my front neck muscles are most likely too weak from his hands on. I know posture is probably what got me into this horrible situation. Any advice? The being able to swallow advice is a good start while doing the chin tucks. Never heard that from any PT or online video.☺️

I think advising holding the head lifts for. 20-30 seconds is way too much! Can barely hold for 5 s. I am probably not the only one.

I have a very small neck with no muscle in it to the point that it feels weird and very weak when I try to sleep . When I also go to get my hair done they usually have to push my head back to braid the front which causes me to feel like I’m going to pass out due to how small my neck is
