I just made my 2 loafs of came out Delicious! My Daughter decided to take one of the Loafs....that said a lot to me. I cup this recipe into half. Then I followed the steps and divided my dough into 2 half after it was ready to rolled and place onto a baking sheet. I kept the other half and baked it the next day, but I divided into 2 and rolled out the dough like a beget this time and it came out more airy just the way I like it. Not heavy not too doughy. Great recipe💕 thank you.

I just started this. Dough is made. However I used robust olive oil and 10% home milled, ND. red spring wheat. We mill our own wheat from farmers around here. They enjoy the fact that most of us here do that. So they refuse to take money and just give us a few 5gallon buckets. My guy usually gets a fresh homemade pizza for it. Lol.
Anyway I'll update on how this turns out. Thank you for you recipes.

I’m attempting to try your beautiful bread recipe right now. I’ve had issues making yeast rolls and loaf breads. Yours look simple easy & no eggs used in making this, except for the egg white wash before baking. Your bread can be used for sandwiches, garlic bread, & dipping bread. I hope it turns out well, would love to use this everyday bread.
By the way, I sifted the flour and didn’t use the whole 5 cups…only 4 cups.
