Coach David Clarke demonstrates some of the band workouts that he uses as a part of his throwing routine. It's important to warm up before you have an intense throwing practice, to prevent injury and aid in muscle recovery. It's also great for a post-workout routine!

You can do these workouts at home, the gym, or your local park. All you need are bands, preferably with a clip.
