I want to share this, of course, with everyone, but mainly in my black communities. There is a lot of healing we are needing. Some of us are on the healing journey. And Sometimes its very challenging for us to get to express ourselves in the world because of judgement and criticism. Also the history of trauma is real and need to released and healed, so sometimes a lot of us may hold back or express a lil and still need to fully release. I started to do this practice last night. I must say, I was so relaxed the whole day. I never felt like that, maybe when I was a child but I truly do not remember. I just finished my second practice this evening and I really want to see what effect this will have on my life. Btw, I also had a peaceful sleep last night without any nightmares. Correct me if I'm wrong here, but this technique moves the cerebral spinal fluid up from the root Chakra where emotions get trapped and up through the crown of our head and by circulating the fluid is what helps to circulate our emotions and release the stuck emotions (energy in motion)
Love this practice. I've found it really helps me with stillness in my body and gaps in the mind, as your actively participating but not thinking. It's like it helps to bibass the thinking mind. ❤
