One tried me at work but it backfired. He went around talking bad about me but when people realized I was the person he was referring to they said hold up... She minds her business... Does her work... Gets along with everyone... But she doesn't even like being in the same room as you🤔

This is why I cut off anyone with major narc tendencies because in order to combat their vindictiveness and manipulation you would have to stoop to their level or lower. And lowering my personal standards is detrimental to me and the overall affects of dealing with constant drama and toxicity is horrible for your health.

You better believe it. The second this NARC knew I realized who she was. It was on to the next. My best friend was saying to me “ I don’t want to get in the middle of what’s going on with you guys. You just need to talk to each other. What?? How did she know we weren’t talking?? Ohhhh! Because the NARC had already started talking about me to her. But what I didn’t understand was this was a best friend who had known me since we were 6. She knew everything about me. What could the NARC have told her she didn’t already know. I then realized it was things she had always felt about me anyway. Her dealing with the NARC just brought it to my attention.

Before I understood Narcs, I was so confused and thought this was empathy. Don’t confuse this with empathy. I could not understand or believe that another human being could operate like this this. But, they are NOT human! That is the key to understanding this from a spiritual perspective. Understanding it this way, will change your life! ❤
