Great info on proper situp technique. Wish I had been given this instruction in gym class years ago. I've avoided the situp because of the bad habits I learned or adopted years ago in school P.E. class. Will give it a try with these tips. Thanks bro!

An old head told me full spinal flexion at the top of a sit-up puts stress on the nerves in your back. He advises people to target each muscle belly of the abs differently. Top middle lower, left and right.
