It’s a violation if he arrests someone if there is no crime. First you need to establish the crime, then you search for who did it. You don’t arrest first and then look for a crime.

I failed to id on a township easement and after a fraudulent charge of assulting a police officer, the ensuing case got my daughter's college tuition paid and I then retired and 55 with full state benefits and a funded trust.
