Welcome to the People's Court Audit.

It seems that many neighbors have dogs barking. But, I did see that the dogs of this individual didn't begin to bark until the officers came up to the gate. At that point, they did so since they could hear the officers coming. When all she truly needed to do was verify that he was in compliance by providing the dogs with appropriate shelter and water bowls, why would the officers need to know the dog's name? He said he doesn't answer questions, but he answered every question. He said they couldn't come on his property but let them walk to his back yard and take pictures. They got what they wanted.

When you have a half a dozen dogs that live outside and bark all the time, you should get tickets for it. If a person loves their dogs so well, they should bring them in where they can enjoy the noise. What kind of quality does a neighborhood enjoy when dogs bark all the time. Our dogs went out to play, to relieve themselves and such. We got them to enjoy their company. Non-dog owners shouldn't have to pay for dog-owners who keep them outside.

Why are they on his property after he told them to get off? Why did they return in greater number? What amount of physical force can the property owner use to remove the officers from his property?

I grade him a B. Almost would have had an A+, until he asked that cop if he could "go that way" on his own property. Don't ask your servants for permission for anything!

Gotta love neighbors with outside dogs in the city. They don't care about anyone else.
