Thank you 🙏 ☺️ 😊. I take my morning medicine with water every morning but not before brushing my teeth. The morning sun is beautiful, even if it’s not sunny there’s always daylight in every weather. So those two things are pretty helpful to me as well.

Bed unmade: word to the wise, a university study informed that we must leave the sheets wide opened for an hour BEFORE we make our bed....aerate, let it breath and the " unwanted " company will not stick around... ;)
