Meals🔽

1- Overnight Oats (kcal- 933, Protein- 50gm)
60gm oats
60ml milk
2 scoops peanut butter
1 scoop whey protein
1 banana
5 crushed almonds and walnuts
1 oreo biscuit

2- Dahi and whey (kcal- 316, Protein- 31.7gm)
100ml dahi
1 scoop whey
Your favourite chopped fruits

3- Soya sabzi and roti (kcal- 653, Protein- 37gm)
60gm soya chunks (soaked in water & drained)
1 cup chopped onion, 10 cloves garlic, green chilli
Seasoning with salt, red chilli, and coriander powder
4 grinded tomatoes
1 cheese slice, maggi masala and little bit malayi of milk

4- Soya sabzi and chila (kcal- 578, Protein- 33gm)
For chilla batter-
60gm oats
1 cup besan
50ml dahi
1 cup water
Chopped veggies (capsicum, onion, tomato)
Season with red chilli, salt and dhaniya

Bhai mtlb aap 2 scoop whey protein lete ho daily is it safe to take 2 scoops cause protein packet and Google pr 30-35 Gms per day is good aisa likha hai aur aapke ke diet ke hisaab se 65-70gms ho raha hai please tell me

So basically whey protein 2 scoops a day. Once with oats and once with Curd. Which is itself close to 170-190 rupees. Baaki sab costing alag. Total approx 300 per day. That's 10k a month for meals of just 1 person :)

1st meal - 5 whole eggs + rice
2nd meal - 60g soya chunks + rice
3rd meal - 5 whole eggs+ rice
4th meal - 5-6 Roti + 500ml buffalo milk


Total protein
30+30+30+20 = 110

bhai mae 179 gm protien leta hu aur cals 1905 hai totl aur non veg diet hai meri..point ye hai ki cals bhi maintain rkhni hoti non veg will alwasys be better
