How long does it take to pass the OSCP?

I'm a CISSP(Almost ISSAP), CCSP, CISM and my boss encourages me to take this (company pays) I'm so excited, will get the package as soon 2023 starts (By then the new training budget applies). I don't know much about pentestint other than WEP cracking with BT5. But willing to learn how the malevolent actors actually do the stuff they do.
