Outlook | How to Create Contact Groups / Distribution list

This video teaches us how to create contact groups or distribution lists in Outlook, which can save time by enabling us to add multiple contacts at once. We can access the Contact Group interface through the More Items option under New Items or by going to Contacts within our Outlook and creating a new Contact Group. When creating a Contact Group, we must add a group name, and then add members from Outlook contacts, an address book, or by manually inputting new contacts. To send an email to the entire group, we simply compose a new email and add the name of the Contact Group in the recipient field, which will appear with a plus sign next to the group name. We can expand the group to view each member and remove any unnecessary contacts.
