Thanks for the tip. I attached the template file into a recurring calendar series which saves a few seconds when you want to load the email template. Not a big fan of Outlook but that's what my new company uses.

I just can't understand why it's such a long drawn out process to load a template, it's supposed to be a time saver! :) a keyboard shortcut or something would be great.

Thank you for this video I like using the templates. But now I am having an issue were I cannot save the oft file type. All I get is Text only, HTML or MHT for file type. Do you know how I can fix this? Using most current version of Outlook. Thank you.
