I have a customer who is wanting to make a contact group from a public contact group, but when trying to it shows the list as empty. If I go to the contact list though I am able to see them all. Any ideas? I already tried giving full permissions on outlook for the group and still issue

Okay, so let's say I create the group. After I send my email, when someone "replies all" to the email, will we all see that email reply? Also, will the people I add to my contact group know that I added them into a contact group?
