I’m 53yo & have never had any social media presence at all. My ex, on the other hand, is now a social media junkie (so I’ve been told). Social media validation is fake validation. Get off social media, go silent, go ghost, but also do all those things you love doing & make them rue the day they gave up on you, but do it in silence, they will eventually find out you’re much better off without them than you were when you were with them!!😳🙀
