How To Know If My Ex Wants Me Back

In this video Coach Lee discusses ways you can tell if your ex wants you back and wants to get back together with you. He discusses signs that show your ex wants you back again.

Sometimes it is confusing because an ex can reach out to you and not be clear or direct about their intentions.

As Coach Lee mentions, many times an ex's first contact with you after you started using the no contact rule is to simply ask how you are doing.

Though this is not a direct or clear statement, it usually means that your ex was missing you and is moving towards wanting you back.

It is likely not one hundred percent to them at that point and they are testing the water a bit to see how you will respond and to see how they feel when they are communicating with you again.

It's important at that point that you don't get emotional or seem too eager. You must control yourself if you want them back.

If your ex can see that they can have a conversation with you without you bringing up the relationship or asking them how they feel about you now, then your ex will know that they can interact with you without having to worry about things getting awkward.

This is key because you do not want it to be where one hundred percent certainty is required before your ex reaches out. If they anticipate awkwardness or that you will start chasing them then it will take a lot more interest from them and certainty for them to reach out.

We want it only require a little doubt in their decision to breakup and a little uncertainty. That way, it's easier for your ex to come back to you.

Love your videos. They helped me through. I went radio silent and he started calling me. I stayed cool. Then he tried to have conversations about us in the future. I called him out on that.
