For those wondering, he doesnt mean hot showers but Saunas. 15 min in the Sauna around 212 Fahrenheit is actually pretty good to withstand, was suprised myself.

For those wandering if heat is too high, think it like in a Sauna, not in the water per se.

Your clips are brilliant but just really really big thing can you PLEASE use the world standard temperature Celsius where 0 can is when water freezes and 100c water boils, that makes sense.

At 180deg to 220deg is what we cook food at

Thank God, now I can reduce me workout to 1 set per exercise, get into the sauna for 20 minute and still make gains,

*_So....sauna an hour before bedtime without the cold plunge? And still OK then to sleep in a chilled bedroom?_*

This must check out because the Netherlands has the tallest people in the world on average. They've been doing the sauna to ice bath thing for _centuries!_

I can't sleep unless I ice myself out for 40 minutes in the shower, even in the winter, the sensation of my body warming up from the inside puts me out instantly. Am I broken?

Summers i don't have the AC on itll get close to 90 degrees f inside the apartment. During winter ill have my window open and the fan on and be like its too hot in here and remove one of the blankets. Sure it might be 15 below 0 but it has to be cold for me to sleep like the dead.

So ice bath, super cold shower earlier in the day and infrared sauna in the evening just curious Would a hot shower suffice for the evening heat exposure
