I take extremely hot Epsom salt with essential oils in my bath. And I do this a lot of times dressed before bed. What I've noticed is even if it's hot outside if you're in a hotter bath and you get out you go to sleep much easier. However it's never all that easy to get into a hot bath on a hot day

Exposure to a 86°C and 102°C (boiling point of water at 1 atmosphere) heat in a sauna, even with a high degree of humidity, is rather hardcore and few people would tolerate it.

This is funny because I live in a cold climate. I can sleep with the windows open when it’s 40 degrees F. When the windows freeze shut, that’s a little hard to do 😂 I’m Finnish-American so saunas (pronounced sow-na) are fantastic. I didn’t even notice that it was -20 degrees F.
