#1 - If we take the input reference as a cell range, the Excel ROW Function returns the top row number in the specified range.

#2 - Excel ROW Function only accepts one input, which means that we can not refer to multiple references or addresses.

#3 - Row Function in Excel returns the row number of all the rows in the array if the reference is entered as an array.
