Your transformation is incredible. I'd say you look at least 15 years younger in the after picture, and you look so much more awake. This is exactly what I've been looking for. I'll gladly take the time, but only if I know that a dramatic improvement is at least possible, and now I know it is. Thank you.

What an amazing transformation! Thank you for sharing your exercises ( and photos ) with us! There are so many types of exercises, massages, and then there is gua sha, fascia blasting with a tool, etc. 1. Can we do all of these? ( would it speed up the process ?) 2. Should we rotate the types of exercises that we use? 3. Is there any type that is better or worse than another? 4. Would it be better to do only one type of “exercise / massage “ for a while, and the switch? Any question you can answer, I’d be grateful. Bless you!

This is wonderful. It's so relaxing to just follow along. It's kind of like getting a bit of a meditation at the same time! I am surprised by how many areas are very sore on my temples, forehead, and scalp where we were massaging. I'm sure these areas must have restricted blood flow since they must be bound up to be so tender. I'm looking forward to seeing if these areas will feel better with continued practice. Thank you!
