One of the things I've noticed with many weightlifters are those who focus on show muscle (biceps/chest) generally have poor posture. I like to have a rule where for every 2 horizontal push exercises, I perform 3 horizontal pulls. I've found that to correct a lot of people's posture without them having to think about it. Great video as always!

Great video. Is this an exercise or are you saying that the way you stand up against the wall is how your posture should be? Seems pretty upright and very chesty.

My 24yr old niece has slumped shoulders. She's 5'10", thin as a rail but very top heavy (32DD) which is the cause of her poor posture. Would this exercise correct this? Thanks!
