10 minute perfect Posture workout for correcting poor posture. Daily stretch routine to treat neck hump or text hump, also known as Dowager's Hump, is typically associated with older women aged 50-59 due to the sudden drop in estrogen during menopause. However, younger people of every gender are now developing this condition as well, often due to prolonged technology use and poor posture, which has led to the condition being called text hump, text neck, or tech neck. Neck hump can be caused by medical reasons such as osteoporosis, degenerative spine changes, congenital disorders, and underlying bone or ligament conditions.
Symptoms may include pain, muscle fatigue, stiffness or tension in the neck and upper shoulders, burning sensation on the spine between the shoulders, headaches and migraines, noticeable forward rounding posture of the shoulders, and forward leaning of the neck. Prevention and treatment options for neck hump include good posture practices, regular exercise, and good nutrition. Here are ten exercises to prevent or improve posture-related neck hump. I’ve been using this routine for most of this year. My goal is to do once a week, but I’m not always successful. Today, I was finally able to keep the book on my head and pulse my arms without it falling off. Yay! 😀

Great new video Schellea, thank you. Have you ever thought about doing a 10 or 15 minute routine with just yoga? I enjoy the yoga moves you do in other stretching routines and would love a routine dedicated to just yoga! 🙏🤩

This is my second comment. I am thrilled that I have this in my playist!! I just went back to work after fracturing my hand/wrist and I totally noticed my slouchy shoulders and posture. I needed this and am grateful for all your workouts, stretches...etc!!! Thank you!!!😊

Thank you so much! I had bunch of health problems with my joints over last couple years. For long time even walking would’ve made my joints hurt. But I walked anyway. Now I walk 3 miles each day. But I wasn’t ready how to start exercising again without making things worse. Your program is fabulous . Thanks you so very much . I feel great each morning after the stretches. I am planing to follow you entire program till I feel like myself again! Thank you so very much.
