This is a great workout! There are some wonderful instructors on this platform: RI:ID, GCN, Kayleigh Cohen, but this channel is first class!

Wow! This was such a great ride . Definitely felt that booty burn 🔥 I added Glute blast and Sorbet to up the burn. Firmly on my faves list

Butt Bike Lift what a great ride ones again from you Kirsten. A triple with Titanium, BBL and Ladder 49 mini was the todays spinning menu. Most admit it was a huge challenge today as in my madness have chosen Titanium as an appetizer for BBL. Legs was toasted already so BBL I didn’t enjoy so much as legs was on fire. But for repeat no doubt what an amazing new ride. Ladder 49 mini to finish todays session. Have a great sunday and thanks for another great experience with you on the bike!!

I misunderstood the title of the ride. When I finished I realized that it meant that it was going to be nearly impossible to lift my butt out of the saddle when I finished. Maybe I’m just getting old and fat, but that ride was tough!
