🚴‍♀‍ If you are doing this on a stationary bike or exercise bike instead of a spin bike and cannot go into the standing positions (2nd and 3rd) and would like an added challenge during these, TRY THIS:
2nd position: increase your speed! Try anywhere between 5-15 RPMs.
3rd position: increase your resistance here but try and keep the same cadence.

Being an introvert, I don't like being in crowded places so I prefer to do exercises at home. My brother and I bought a stationary bike last year, I just started using it last month with your beginner videos as my guide. This one is my favorite because it's all about the saddle. Thank you, Kaleigh, for sharing your knowledge. Your videos has helped me find the best workout for myself. I wake up at 5:30am every workweek to do this workout and have just decided to have "dessert" starting tomorrow. I have depression so I have to workout to help with my mental health. Stationary bike. You are helping save my Dad and I want to sincerely thank you for posting this. I used to always be in great shape from high school up until I was about 35. The past 5 years I fell out of working out and eating right. My Dad was diagnosed with hemochromatosis this past year and needs a liver transplant. I changed my diet completely, have been hitting the gym hard and running on a treadmill to be sure I’m eligible to donate part of my liver for him. Running is hard because of knee injuries in football. Cycling seems to be easier on my knees and your videos was perfect to start this journey. Anyone reading this comment, I’m asking for prayers that I get in the shape I need to donate and my Dad is able to get the transplant he needs. No need to reply, just pray 🙏🏻

At 320lbs this was hard, hard work but with just a short water break in the middle I managed to finish it, though feeling like your pooch there and ready for a nap! I appreciate the constant pace you keep it at, it really helps in not thinking too much about it or worrying about how much time is left. New subscriber here and looking forward to daily challenges from you on the way back to health.

55 years old. Trying to get back into shape. Bought a Pro-Form Spin bike and found you on my iPad. No prior cycling experience. This was good. Staying in the saddle helps. I only made it 13 minutes, but I’ll build up everyday. Yesterday I could only do 10. Here we go!!!

Hi Kaleigh! I’ve gained 20 lbs cause of COVID. I decided to buy a spin bike and I found your workout. You have no clue how much you have helped me. Every day I enjoy doing your videos. I am someone who has been struggling to be more active and lose weight. I got an exercise bike second hand from a friend recently. Your set up, resistance finding, and beginner video have helped me actually start. Thank you for putting these out for us to watch and follow along!

Hi, first time on here. I have an old Schwinn stationery bike. The controls don't work. But I still can ride on it. I'm almost 74yrs by the end of the year. I'm trying to get back in shape. My legs are weak. We, my husband & I go swimming 🏊‍♀️ a couple of times a week. So, thanks for being here.🎄🌟

Bought a Pro-Form 505SPX last year and have used it only 3times. Just hopped back on a few days ago and am feeling the good muscle pain I miss from my younger athletic years. Just need to keep myself going!! Thank you!! 2:41

I have a stationary bike and love it!! I'm not a beginner and I've said this before but I'll say it again, I like doing these quick beginner workouts and increasing my resistance from what I'm used to!
