Man, it's like you can read my mind. From last week I used to incorporate a one mile sprint daily, still eating clean and progressive overload. Instead of gaining I was just maintaining my weight and losing too. I'm about to reduce the cardio as I'm trying to gain muscle. Hope all goes well.

I'm 14 years old, 6'2 like José and i gained 36 pounds in six months. My testosterone levels are crazy asf, si building muscle is way easier for me. I ended the bulk at 180 pounds and for the past two-three months i've been maintaining, instead of cutting. Insane results. Shred of excess fat and built even more muscle, weight still 180lbs and veins visible waaay more than before. So, my point is, if you have excess fat after bulking but scared to cut, like myself, maintain! 180 pounds for 6'2 is still low, but today i started bulking again, my goal is being 200 pounds as well. It's hard, since i live with my mom alone and food isnt cheap, but i try to eat 3300 calories a day cheapest way. Wish me luck!!

Thanks bro!!! I feel much much more motivated and yes I am starting to bulk up as of right now! Just need to eat more which is to eat pass my limit! Then need to drink protein milkshakes or shakes. Then also need to lift heavy weights!
