Apple Cheddar Walnut Bread. Savory with a hint of sweet! yum!

Hello friends! This is a delicious savory, but slightly sweet bread. It tastes best served warm with a pat of butter (in my opinion). THank you for watching and stay tuned for more recipes.
Mix dry ingredients:
2 1/2 cups (350g) white all purpose flour
2 T Brown Sugar
2 T White Sugar
1 T Baking Powder
1 t Salt
1 t Cinnamon
1/4 t Cardamon
1/4 t All Spice
1 Cup ( 4 oz) Sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 Cup (2 oz) chopped Walnuts
1 t Dried Thyme
in another bowl:
1 1/4 cup ( 10 oz) milk
1 large Egg
1/4 cup (2 oz) Butter melted
1 Cup (1 1/2 apples) chopped apple of choice.
Blend the wet with the dry ingredients. BUT DO NOT over mix. mix lightly. The bread WILL BE HEAVY if over mixed! Trust me with this tip. :)
pour into a greased 10" springform pan OR a 9x5 loaf pan
THE COOKING TEMPS AND TIME WILL BE DIFFERENT. check down below for temp and time.
Streusel Topping:
1/4 c (1.5 oz) Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1/4 c (1.5 oz) chopped Walnuts
1/4 C (52 g) Brown Sugar
2 T White Sugar
1/4 c (25 g) rolled oats
1/2 t Cinnamon
3 T Cold Butter
mix til cumbly.
Sprinkle streusel topping on top of bread batter in the baking pan.
Bake:
10" spring form 350F (175C) for 35-40min
9x5 loaf pan 375F (190C) for 40-45 min
Best served hot from oven! enjoy!
