honestly I'm glad I randomly stumbled upon this channel. like a fucking support group of positivity. every is here to better themselves. love this shit. day 5 for me... it's been rough with the cravings but I just know it's gonna get easier if I make it through the day. tomorrow will suck too but not as bad as today. and eventually it won't suck at all. long game.

Everything in this process is a mindset thing you have to tell yourself that you are not weak and fight through it I am currently 5 days nicotine free and already feel a big difference in my day to day life. Ps a great tip I would give is to try and keep yourself busy throughout the day, it will make the quitting process way easier.

Zinc. Take zinc. It’ll make the withdrawal symptoms much easier to deal with, and you can also use “nutritional yeast”. B vitamins help your brain regulate mood, and none of the other symptoms are half as bad as the mood swings, the depression, and the irritability. Exactly 2 weeks clean today.

Yep a day 16 now of both nicotine and adult media. Can honestly say thats exactly what happen. Was feeling really great them bam craving on both side came on strong over the last 2 days but getting better again. But I want all that energy I had back

Sir im thinking of quitting vaping exactly at 12 tomorrow and im back to school next wednesday which is in around 8 day from when i quit, which stage of withdrawals would i be in when i start school? I dont want to be too groggy and down in school i might just hold it off until christmas if thats the case
