Based on the One-China Policy, how do you invade your own territory?

I’m sure Janet Yellen will tell the world that the USA can afford three wars at once.

This is beyond the depth of PBD.
1) China will not invade unless Taiwan declare independence
2) Taiwan cannot declare independence as it is against constitution.
3) It will have to go thru referendum but poll consistently showed 80% Taiwanese want status quo.
4) So US is doing what it does best, provoking, sending warship thru Taiwan Strait and hope China will fire the 1st shot.

This is why US has a $2tn annual deficit but can't fix any domestic problem.

American here, been living in taiwan for 5 years now. China has been flying jets and ships thru the straight for years, its nothing new. Its just when the US media wants to report it, it gets overblown and people freak out.

If china attacks, it would start WW3 if china attacked.

Also most Taiwanese are more concerned about whats for dinner ha. Speaking of dinner, i better figure out what I'm eating

It is interesting how Brazil is way farther away from China than Japan, India and Europe and still has a very high percentage of South China Sea trade route.

Taiwan only wants to be left alone because they practically lost the civil war and can't retake the mainland. If the military capabilities of both were switched, and Taiwan becomes the more powerful government, I bet they would try retaking the mainland.

I'm surprised that he didn't mention the One China policy between the PRC and The US that was agreed upon by The Nixon Administration. The agreement acknowledged that Taiwan was apart of China which led to the Taiwan Relations Act in 1979.

😂I don't understand the Taiwan issue at all. There is no such thing as China versus Taiwan, only the United States versus China. Taiwan is just a bargaining chip in the game between China and the United States. So when a person tells you about the Taiwan issue with a straight face, he doesn't say anything about the United States at all. You should know that this commentator is talking nonsense and has no value.
