Taiwan conducted an anti-landing live fire drill on the outlying island of Penghu on Wednesday (July 24), the third day of its annual wargame that has been partially impacted by an approaching typhoon.

This year’s Han Kuang military exercise aim to be as close as possible to actual combat with no script and simulating how to repel a Chinese attack.

No, when the time comes, many will accept the inevitability of reuniting with the motherland peacefully, much like the reunification of East and West Germany. Both entities are deeply intertwined, sharing the same language, dialects, culture, religions, and even relatives.
