I am going to brag. After 3 goes I finally made it through this routine, notwithstanding arthritis in hands and toes. Oh ... the point of my bragging is that I'm 70, though I have always loved to move, as I was a ballet dancer in my youth.

This is the best introduction to animal flow video I've seen. The progression is just right, you explain every move very well, & repeat it enough that we beginners can do it with you guys. Thank you. Fun stuff!

I love this!! Its amazing how we stop doing everything we did as children! This is why I will never grow up regardless of what my birth certificate says 😁🤣

These moves must be performed slowly, at the pace you show in the video. Otherwise, there's no control.

I think this is the best introduction to video that I have seen so far. I must admit though, by 10 minutes in I was working up quite a sweat, and I didn’t make it to the end! I think I will be sticking with the ABCs and transitions for a couple of weeks before attempting anything that looks like a “flow.”

Just discovered this form of exercise yesterday from another YouTuber and I instantly knew it was what I needed in my life. Unfortunately I had a wrist injury a few months ago and I haven’t put much weight on it so that made the workout that much harder, but it was amazing. My wrist feels stronger just after 1 workout. I know that for sure after doing this everyday for 30-60 days they will be in tip top shape. Thanks for the beginnings guide, I was sweating 2mins into the workout 😂.

Never did workouts by watching youtube. Aninal flow looked interesting. Ended up doing all workout, was surprized how difficult is to control my body. But turned out great. For sure will explore more of this. Thank you for sharing new ways to control my body!

This is so incredibly helpful. I am interested in animal flow but have found most videos are too advanced and/or don't explain the foundational movements carefully enough for a beginner. This and the other videos in the Habits playlist are also just smart business: I've thought about trying MUD/WTR and not am definitely sold on giving it a shot. Thank you!

I thought I was pretty strong until I did this. Couldn’t manage all the exercises is the warm up. Amazing.

Looks like Breakdancing moves, I'm 59 and some of these movements are very similar to what my friends and I would do 40 years ago when dancing .

Wow. Watched a couple other beginner flows and switched off. Your explanation of the moves was extremely good. Definitely will have to continue with this vid for a bit to gain strength in my wrists and get the moves into my muscle memory. Thanks so much!

Vast majority of "beginners" won't even be able to deep squat which makes me wonder if this will injure more people than it helps. Probably more true to describe this as an intro to Animal flow for people with advanced mobility.
